Section 11: Any person who harbours or conceals any person, whom he or she knows, or ought reasonably to have known or suspected, to be a person who has committed a specified offence, as referred to in paragraph (a) of the definition of “specified offence”, or who is likely to commit such an offence, is guilty of an offence.
