Statutes section 169

Section 169: Interest, at the rate prescribed for the time being in terms of the Prescribed Rate of Interest Act, 1975 (Act No. 55 of 1975), is payable in respect of the unpaid portion of the amount payable as an administrative penalty until it is fully paid.
