Section 275: A person who, without the consent of the financial sector regulator, applies to a company, body, business or undertaking a name or description that reasonably signifies or implies some connection between the company, body, business or undertaking and a financial sector regulator commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding R5 000 000.
